Information Provided by Couples
Couples are responsible for providing accurate, appropriate, and up-to-date wedding information for use by Call Me Hitched.
Call Me Hitched may rely on the information provided by the couple when responding to guests.
Couples should not provide confidential, highly sensitive, or inappropriate information unless it is necessary for the service and intended to be shared with guests.
AI-Generated Responses
Call Me Hitched uses artificial intelligence and third-party technology providers to help respond to guest questions and operate the service.
While we design the service to use approved wedding information and avoid inventing details, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or misunderstood.
Important wedding decisions, reservations, RSVP changes, emergencies, or time-sensitive matters should be confirmed through the couple, wedding website, venue, or other appropriate source.
Guest Messages
Guests may be able to leave messages, congratulations, stories, or other content for the couple.
Call Me Hitched may automatically filter, review, hold, or block messages that appear harmful, inappropriate, private, relationship-sensitive, threatening, abusive, or otherwise unsuitable for delivery.
We do not guarantee that every guest message will be delivered to the couple.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Call Me Hitched to:
Threaten, harass, abuse, or intimidate another person
Deliver unlawful or fraudulent content
Impersonate another person
Send spam or unauthorized promotional content
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
Attempt to access systems or information without authorization
Use the service for emergencies or crisis response
Submit content intended to harm, embarrass, manipulate, or endanger another person
We may restrict or terminate access when misuse is detected.
Emergency and Safety Matters
Call Me Hitched is not an emergency service.
If you or another person is in immediate danger or requires emergency assistance, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
Calls, Recording, and Transcription
Calls may be recorded or transcribed when disclosed to callers and permitted by applicable law.
By continuing a call after receiving an applicable recording or transcription notice, you acknowledge that the call may be recorded or transcribed.
SMS and Phone Communications
If you provide your phone number and consent to communications from Call Me Hitched, you may receive calls or text messages related to your inquiry, early access, account, wedding service, or service updates.

Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for outages, delays, errors, or other issues caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

Fees are due according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Cancellation and Refunds

Intellectual Property
The Call Me Hitched name, branding, website, software, designs, copy, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Call Me Hitched LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission except as permitted by law.
Couples and guests retain ownership of content they submit, subject to the rights needed for Call Me Hitched to operate and provide the service.
Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue features at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Call Me Hitched services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that all AI-generated responses, third-party services, calls, text messages, transcripts, or guest messages will be completely accurate, available, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Call Me Hitched LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid to Call Me Hitched for the applicable service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Indemnification
You agree to be responsible for your misuse of the service and for content or information you provide that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another person.
Governing Law
